All the products sold here are completely guaranteed to be to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, return any unopened/unused item within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange, credit or refund you the full product cost however, this does not cover shipping. We do not refund shipping costs.

There is a minimum order of $20. This is due to the credit card company charges. You can still place an order but a $5 fee for a short order will apply. I tried but too many small orders are causing me losses...sorry!

Terri's Glamorous Gouldians will not accept international orders with the exception of Canada. Canadians may place orders online via our website. Canadian orders are shipped USPS Priority mail only!
